Digital Trading Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Trading Manager to drive the performance of our digital sales channels at Russell & Bromley. Reporting to the Marketing & E-commerce Director, this role will take ownership of trading strategy and execution — leading the charge on forecasting, trading analysis, and revenue optimisation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data-led insights to shape trade plans, boost conversion, and accelerate online growth. About the Role

  • Lead the delivery of digital trade plans across weekly, monthly, and seasonal cycles to meet revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets.
  • Analyse sales, AOV, CVR, and traffic to drive performance and optimise trading activity.
  • Partner with Product and Merchandising to ensure product availability and surface trading opportunities.
  • Support CRM and Performance Marketing in driving high-quality traffic and improving conversion.
  • Lead weekly trade meetings, sharing key insights and identifying future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce and IT teams to help prioritise the digital development roadmap.
  • Manage accurate sales forecasting and contribute to P&L performance.
  • Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, ContentSquare, Power BI, and Salesforce in future) to inform trading decisions.
  • Present trading updates to senior leadership and contribute to cross-functional planning.

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital trading, ideally in a fast-paced fashion or retail environment.
  • Proven track record of forecasting and optimising online P&L performance.
  • Highly numerate with advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experienced in using tools such as Power BI, GA, and ContentSquare to drive decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across departments.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong commercial acumen.

Ecommerce Manager

We’re looking for a commercially minded and technically skilled Ecommerce Manager to take our online experience to the next level. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day performance and optimisation of russellandbromley.co.uk — ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand’s luxury positioning and drives revenue growth. Reporting to the Marketing & E-commerce Director, this is a critical hire as we invest in new digital platforms, omni-channel journeys, and international expansion.

About the Role

  • Lead all ecommerce activity with a focus on maximising revenue and improving conversion.
  • Own the site experience end-to-end, ensuring flawless execution of product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Develop and implement a roadmap of platform enhancements and UX improvements.
  • Leverage analytics to inform decisions around CRO, navigation, and digital merchandising.
  • Champion A/B testing and data-led experimentation to continuously optimise the customer journey.
  • Oversee digital visual merchandising strategy, ensuring brand consistency and trading focus.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product, campaign, and site initiatives.

About You

  • Deep understanding of UX, CRO, and website optimisation.
  • Confident using tools like GA, ContentSquare, Power BI, and Salesforce.
  • Strong technical understanding of ecommerce platforms and CMS (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and visual merchandising systems.

Press Assistant

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Press Assistant to join the PR team at Russell & Bromley. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for fashion, PR, and celebrity culture. You’ll support on a wide range of press activity, from managing sample send-outs to preparing for seasonal press days. About the Role

  • Manage daily sample movement and press showroom upkeep.
  • Liaise with stylists, agents, and couriers to ensure timely send-outs and returns.
  • Support image and credit requests, trend mailers, and seasonal reporting.
  • Help prepare assets for press distribution and maintain press databases.
  • Provide admin and diary support to the PR team including agendas and meeting notes.
  • Monitor trends, publications, influencers, and social content to spot opportunities.
  • Assist in coordinating press days, celebrity gifting, and seasonal PR campaigns.
  • Oversee the PR intern during key calendar moments.

About You

  • Some experience in PR (internship or assistant level) – agency or in-house.
  • A fashion-related degree is preferred but not essential
  • Highly organised and admin-savvy with great attention to detail.

You’ll play a key role in helping deliver customer acquisition and retention campaigns across Paid Social, Search, CRM, Affiliates and more. Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability Manager to lead our ethical sourcing programme and shape the brand’s long-term environmental and social impact strategy. Sitting within our Development & Production team and reporting to the Development and Production Director, this role will embed sustainability across our global supply chain — ensuring regulatory compliance, improving supplier performance, and delivering measurable ESG progress in support of Vision 2030.

About the Role

  • Lead the ethical and sustainable sourcing programme across our supply chain.
  • Manage supplier audits with third-party partners and drive improvements in compliance.
  • Ensure product compliance with ESG standards, including REACH and restricted substances.
  • Champion sustainable product design, packaging, and material sourcing.
  • Monitor evolving ESG regulations and sustainability trends, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Deliver ESG reporting, environmental impact tracking, and footprint reduction initiatives.
  • Communicate ESG goals, progress, and milestones internally and externally.
  • Define and implement company-wide responsible sourcing strategies.
  • Establish KPIs to track social and environmental performance.
  • Support international growth by ensuring compliance with global ESG standards.

About You

  • Degree in sustainability, supply chain management, fashion or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years' experience in sustainability, sourcing, or compliance – ideally in footwear, fashion, or accessories.
  • Strong knowledge of REACH, supplier audits, and ESG regulation.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with European suppliers and international factory partners.
  • Highly organised, solutions-focused, and passionate about sustainability.
