We are now hiring for a Business Project Lead to enable all areas of the business to deliver work streams and projects on time, on budget and to a high quality. This is a brand new position that will support the drive of transformation across the entire company.
About the Role
The position involves taking the business vision and developing a detailed plan on how to achieve it through various projects, initiatives, and transformations across the organization. This requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure successful project delivery within quality, time, cost, and scope constraints. The role also includes project management responsibilities for multiple projects across all areas of the business and the development and implementation of project management methodologies to ensure a consistent approach and embed best practices.
The position ensures SMEs and relevant users are involved and engaged throughout all project stages to integrate change and training activities into project plans at an early stage. As a liaison between clients and implementation teams, the role involves creating a PMO, adapting standard processes and governance, developing and implementing change management plans, and managing project budgets and financial reporting. Effective resource planning and management are also necessary to ensure maximum efficiency and output. The role also requires creating detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies and monitoring post-implementation to ensure successful business transformation and making adjustments as needed.
About You
- Demonstrable strong Project Management experience, preferably in a retail or logistics environment
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Confident in project budget management
- Understanding of Information Technology projects
- An appreciation of change management and its importance within project delivery
- Experience of managing a multi-disciplinary project team
- Able to manage a variety of projects at the same time in terms of size and complexity

About You

Junior Online Merchandiser

We are now hiring for a Junior Online Merchandiser to work with our Ecommerce team and optimise our ecommerce platform to maximise customer conversion.
About the Role
- Ensuring the products displayed in results pages on the website are in the right place, at the right time for the right customer in order to maximise conversion.
- Merchandising all categories on the site using a combination of manual curation and automation.
- Working with senior team members to analyse all available data and ensure product listing pages are presented and optimised in the best way possible within brand strategy guidelines.
- Assigning suitable product recommendations to listed products with regular review.
- Creating results pages that can be used for site navigation, landing pages, site search and keep these curated for their end use
- Working with the marketing channels to ensure all featured products are curated within their categories and to provide products recommendations for email campaign
- Monitor ecommerce stock levels, alerting senior team members of potential shortages
- Conducting daily site walks of the site to ensure everything is correctly classified and merchandised, feeding back to the wider ecommerce team on any necessary changes
- Maintain on-site products, setting up and publishing of any new lines
- Checking for any IT issues or bugs and raising matter with IT/Dev team as soon as possible, if identified
- Ensuring ‘Most Wanted’ and ‘New Arrivals’ pages are up to date
- Sending missed products to product photography studios
About You
- Relevant experience in a similar Ecommerce role would be beneficial
- Proficient in Excel and Word to a good standard
- Interest in Fashion would be preferred
