This statement is made by Russell and Bromley Limited, pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes its slavery and human trafficking statement.
Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement
The Company is committed to ensuring that modern slavery does not take place within its business or, in so far as possible, within the operations of any of its suppliers.
The Company’s Anti-Slavery Policy sets out its corporate responsibilities and the obligations placed upon its employees in terms of upholding its position on slavery and human trafficking. The Company seeks to ensure that those in its supply chain are aware of its policy. The Company has informed its employees of the need to raise any concerns or suspicions they may have regarding modern slavery or unethical practices.
The Company is communicating its Anti-Slavery Policy and expectations to its suppliers and business partners and will keep its supply chain arrangements under continuous review to ensure that its anti-slavery position is upheld. The Company also intends to keep its policy and arrangements under continuous review to ensure that these remain adequate and effective.
The statement was approved by the Board on 11th March 2019.
